House IPA is our core NEIPA. It's got a light and fluffy body, delicate carbonation, and a big-hitting dry-hop combo of Mosaic and Citra. Aromas and flavours of mango and pineapple burst on the palate. A super drinkable and very moreish IPA.

Cask at the Cock. Almost clear gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth and slightly soft palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, lightly sweet. Decent hop spice. Orange peel and marmalade. Mild tangerine and pine underneath. Whisper of something tropical. Spicy finish. Decent cask IPA.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Really solid, lots of cat piss, lemon, pithy grapefruit, mild grassy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean citrus rind bitterness in the finish, a little alcohol warmth, dry pale malts, more grapefruit, melon, cat pee, tangerine. Overall, exceptional. Juicy without being comical, punchy without being heavy.
