Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass copper coloured, small head. Starts fine malty-spicy, woody hints. Mild bitterness in the background. Some hints of dried fruits. Not bad!

Bottle from Harveys Brewery Shop. Pours a hazy golden/amber colour with a thin soapy looking thin white head. Aroma is quite malty slightly herbal with faint notes of apples, caramel, biscuits and honey. Taste is again malty, biscuity with lots of sweet honey, caramel, apples with an earthy hop bitterness on the finish. Finish is fairly dry. Mouthfeel is medium bodied and very oily. Quite a nice balance between the sweetness of the honey and the bitterness of the hops. Pretty good.

2018 version from the nip bottle at the Royal Oak. Pale amber-orange, cleaer, with a bubbly head. Estery, fruity nose, citrus, honey. Dryer flavor than the Eliz., lighter. Very bitter and dry, with some honey sweetness in the middle. Very bitter finish. Crisp.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap, 06/06/18. Golden copper pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is earthy fruits rinds, straw, biscuit, grains, bitter fruits, dusty, toffee. Taste comprises biscuit, fruit loaf, faint tobacco, grains, straw, nutty, modest Harveys yeast twang. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter reposte. Decent cask affair ... developed and held up well if presuming the same cask Scopey and Danny tackled a week ago ?

Cask at Waterloo Tap. It pours clear amber with a thick white head. The aroma is earth, wood, honey cake, sponge cake, toasty grain, Just, wood and old leather sofa. The taste is firmly dry, bitter - sweet, earthy, spice, grass, toasty grain, wood, tangy honey, must, brett, old leather sofa and touch of barnyard with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good depth of flavour with that classic Harvey's yeast charcater. Lovely.

Bottled@Mes & Sim’s Wedding (thanks Ethereal!). Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes along with mild dry fruits. Flavour is quite similar with also a bunch of honeylike sweetness in it.
