It can only mean one thing: our highest DDH rate yet. If you’re a fan of simcoe+mosaic+nelson+citra+motueka, this IPA’s got your number (And we’ve even thrown in a little bling for good measure.).
Tasting Notes: intense, DDH, bling

From tap at Bearded Iris Brewing, Nashville. Aroma is various tropical fruits with mango, guava, grapefruit, dankness, juicy citrus, zesty orange, and fruit peel. Mild bittersweet, medium body. Good stuff.

Crowler from Dogtap. It pours lightly hazy golden with a thick white head. The aroma is sweet and juicy, big tropical fruit punch vibe, mango, peach, passion fruit, fruit cordial, candy and orange chewits. The taste is initially dry, hit of bitterness, some greenness, weedy, wet grass, pine needles, some florals, pithy, zesty, tropical fruit punch, passion fruit, peach, orange chewits, tangerine, peppery spice and a kick of booze with a drying, green finish. Medium body and fine to moderate carbonation. Nice fruity action. Very drinkable.

The aromas are an interesting blend of wet grain, air popcorn, fresh citrus hops, a little bit of resin and floral. Flavors are like nose, mildly sweet up front adding some dank and a bit of resin. Great carbonation, body and finish. Really nice beer.

Can. Pours a slightly hazy dull gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has bitter citrus, dank papaya and a touch of melon supporting. Flavor has more of a dank citrus and light pine note with some light melon underlying.

Pint can from Niemuth's, 6.14.20. How could l not try this? Hazy orange large foamy white head good retention. Aroma of melon, a hint of lime and not much else. No bling. Taste is dank, melon, earth, pine, lemon. Full bodied, lingering bitterness. Drake likes.

16oz can c/o BenT. Thick, opaque, orange-tan body. Foamy white head. Killer World Class DDH IPA. A lot of hop depth, going in all sorts of directions. I feel like I can get notes of each hop, which is pretty impressive. Juicy and rather awesome. Great.

Tall can. Murky dark yellow with a small white head. The aroma is all grapefruit and pineapple. Tastes just like it smells. A bit thin. Watery grapefruit juice. Is there an IPA in here somewhere?

Can. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin pale malts, milld sweetness. Soft hop skunk and mild hop spice. Back finds decent citrus developing and some tangy bitterness. Tropical fruits at the very end elevates this brew. Decent, not a patch on their DIPAs.
