Danke an Dorin. Süß hopfiger Beginn mit zurückhaltender Bitterkeit. Zunehmend fruchtig, Pfirsich, Maracuja. Dabei wird die Süße nach und nach durch die Herbe verdrängt. Hinten herum trockener. 9/11/10/10/11/10

33cl bottle thanks to ciocanelu. Best before June 15. Semi-hazy golden pour with a thin off-white head. Notes of caramel, citrus hops, tropical fruit (quite a bit of passion fruit and some mango), overripe peaches, perfumey hops. Very smooth and oily texture, medium body with a medium-light carbonation. Very nice! --- Beer merged from original tick of Juicebag Simcoe Dry Hop on 25 Feb 2017 at 09:18 - Score: 8

MAR-2019. Very cloudy pastel yellow, white head. The aroma is a fruit bomb, sweet sugary rope tropical and sub-tropical fruit, some pith. Not much dank piney resiny stuff I'd expect from Simcoe. Similar taste fruity sweet, with quite a bit of pithy mouth coating bitterness. Soft, smoothie juice mouthfeel. Nice, nice fruit juicy IPA. They're getting too sweet for my taste - drink like a fruit juice.
FEB-2017. BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy amber, off-white head. Lots of sweet fruit, overripe peaches (a bit rotten again), very little Simcoe dank, and even a bit of crystal sugars. Medium sweet (by IPA standards) and fruity - overripe peaches, candied (?) peaches, just a hint of grass/pine. The bitterness is low per se, but that leaves the harsher grassy/piney notes exposed, instead of the more vibrating zesty freshness. A good fruity juicy IPA, but a bit on the sweeter side. And I need more resins. 3,7/5.
