Keg at the brewery taproom during the RBWG tour 2016. Pours clear pink with no head. Some subtly jammy berries in the aroma, and hints of lemon. Lightly sweet flavour with touches of ginger, tangy berries, mellow acidity. Light bodied with minimal carbonation. Moderately acidic in the finish, with more berries, lemony tartness, faint spices. Quite nice.

Keg at the brewery, 29/01/16. Light cherry red with no covering. Nose is tarte cherry skins, berry tinged straw, light chlorine notes, red berry must, grain, pinch of spice. Taste comprises cherry cough drops, damp hay, tangy red berries, light funk,cherry balsams. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light puckering close. Mediocre sour.

Draft at the rare barrel. Thanks. Light pink coloured pour with no head and a light haze. . Aroma is light perfume floral, rose petals, some citrus lemon. Flavour is composed of tangy lemon, raspberry. Tart citrus. Palate is crisp. Moderate carbonation . OK.

Pour at the rare barrel. pours out a sexy looking pink with a tiny pink head. Nose was great big cherries oak barrel lemon and some spice. Taste is more of the cherries lemon tartness and a nice barrel presents.

[1/28/16] Cask at The Rare Barrel in Berkeley. Cloudy red with orange hues. Aroma of cherries, oak, a bit of vinegar, lemon. Tart flavor with oak, funk, lemon, lots of cherries. Very good.

Draught at Rare Barrel. Almost clear reddish pink liquid with minimal white head. Aroma of lemon, light cinnamon, almonds, apple skin and grain. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium sour with notes of lemon, cinnamon, cherries, oak and grain. Medium bodied with low carbonation. Quite nice.
