Hazy amber beer, big cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has good fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts, touch of cream. Parma violets! Candy fruits and a trace of lime peel. Mellow hop skunk. Little sherbet. Marmalade and a touch of mint. Light finish. Tasty IPA but not flavours I would normally associate with Centennial, this is more like a White or Belgian IPA.

Bottle. Almost clear light amber liquid with light to medium off-white head. Aroma of tangerine, fresh hops, light caramel and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes caramel, tangerine and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.
