Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds grainy pale malts and rindy citrus fruits. Light sweet flavour, dry, with some chalky minerals and bitter grass. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quite drying on the finish, with more dominant minerality, rindy citrus, grass, disruptive astringency. Tough going. Not very enjoyable.

Draft - Light caramel malts. Clear gold with a small head. Light vegetal notes, grains and a touch of bitterness.

Draught at Discretion Brewing. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of earth, bread, grain, light floral hops and crackers. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes crackers, earth and grain. Again, chalky and astringent. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Come on...
