Keg at Beer Craft, Santa Rosa, 03/02/16. Cherry red with little in the way of a head. Nose is tarte cherry skins, sharp citric infuse, red berry balsams, light herbal notes. Taste comprises pissy berry notes, damp hay, light funk, balsa wood, tarte cherry cough drop. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, acidic rise. Ok sour.

Keg at Beercraft. Pours clear red with a light, filmy white head. The nose has lots of fresh, juicy and tart berries, hibiscus, lemon. Light sweet flavor with moderate acidity, more fresh and tangy berries, raspberry, hibiscus. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Cleansing and refreshing to close, with mild cherry, some salty bite, hibiscus, lemony acidity. Great stuff overall. Really nicely balanced. Clean and tart but not biting. Very impressed with this one.

Draught at Beercraft. Light hazy red liquid with small light pink head. Aroma of lemon, wood, sweet fruit, red berries and apple skin. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of red berries, lemon and mineral. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Draft - Sweet berry fruit and flowery notes. Clearish pink. Sweet berry and a very slight sourness. Not bad but not enough sourness for me.
