tap at harry's hofbrau in redwood city. This was a bit of a mess. Cloying and medicinal, with really no hop aroma or flavor presence.

Keg at the brewpub, 01/02/16. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange squash, citric pith, grapefruit, pine needle. Taste comprises light dank notes, orange pith, spice, grapefruit, spruce. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light dank hop bitterness. Adequate DIPA action offered here.

Draft - Oily citrus hops. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Oily citrus hoppy notes and a decent bitterness. OK.

Draft a the brewpub. Clear dark orange coloured pour with a halo off white head. Aroma is citrus lemon, alcohol. Spicy pine, spicy. Flavour is composed of sweet and sticky resin, orange rind. Palate, medium sweet, sticky hop. Highish carbonation . pretty generic IPA.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange copper with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is dank and citrus. Medium mouth, caramel, pine, bitter resin finish, ok.

Draft at the brewery. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. The aroma holds damp grains and rotting citrus. Some citrusy hops in the flavor, pale bread, melon, tangerine, mild bitter pine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with slight resins, citrus, pale grains. So so.

Draught at Sonoma Springs. Almost clear light amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, lemon peel, light grain and caramel. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine and caramel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Quite OK.

Draft. Rich amber beer with a dark cream head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and pine flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and pine lingers.
