Keg at the brewpub, 01/02/16. Golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is tarte citric shreds, light glue, soured lemon, grass, damp wood. Taste comprises wood must, lemon tinged straw, hint of wood must, green berry tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a little pucker offered. Ok simple 'Linner.

Draft - Sour apple and some citrus. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sour and a bit of Apple. Very mild.

Draft a the brewpub. Pale yellow colours pour with a fine white head. Aroma is tangy lemon, rind with slight citric sour and some wheat. Flavour is composed of stale grains. Lemon,, slight sour. Palate is grainy. Moderate carbonation. Tangy.

Draft at the brewery. Pours yellow with a white foam head. Lemony tartness in the nose, light vonegar. Light sweet flavorbwith notes of lemon, grapefruit, subtle vinegar, melon, tangerine. Light bodied with fine carbonationZ finishes with mild acidity, more lemon, tangerine. Not terrible, but not great.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small off white head. The aroma is strong apple, citrus, wheat. Thin mouth, light fruit, wheat, not much going on.

Draught at Sonoma Springs. Clear golden liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, grain and apple skin. Taste is very light sweet and light sour with notes of apple skin, lemon and light grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Not sour enough, but OK.

Sample at SF Beer Week Opening Gala 2014. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy orange/amber with a small head. Wood, citrus, some light earth. The body was light and the finish was quite sour. Refreshing and easy to drink.
