Bottle at the Rate Beer Awards Festival Hotel Bottle Share. Big funky apricot nose, dusty, dry, citrus, a bit of yogurt. Great fruit flavor, sour, a bit too sour and a bit harsh. Show that this blender is still a bit rough, but very promising.

Bottle shared during RBWG 2016 - thanks, Adrian! Pours unclear yellow with a light, creamy head. Lovely aroma with ripening lemon, apricot. Light sweet flavor with impressively true apricot character, moderate acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sharp acidity on the finish, more fleshy apricot, nice dryness. Excellent stuff.

Bottle courtesy of Carl and Henrik. Pours hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some sparse trace in the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and funky with crackers, lemon juice, apricots, overripe peaches, hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of apple cider vinegar. Taste is sour, fruity and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, ripe almost dried apricots, cheese, hay, dry soil, mushrooms, barnyard and lemon zest. Interesting cheesy apricot character. Good but not top notch. Prefer brighter apricot character.
