Part of a series where the grain bill is the same but the hops differ in each batch to make one hoppy session beer. Always low ABV but still full-bodied because of additions of lactose and oats.

Bottle from Brewklopedia, Leicester. Drunk at home. Dark orange-gold. Slightly hazy. Very little carbonation or head. Mango juice, tangerine peel, a touch of papaya on the nose with light vegetal notes. Tastes bittersweet with a sourish suggestion of overripe citrus. Short finish with an oily mouthfeel and low carbonation. Not a bad beer but missing the excitement inherent in many of their recipes.

Sampled at LIBF 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Pours rather clear blonde, not much head. Smell is mildly hoppy, white bread maltyness. Taste is sharp, very overcarbonated. Bit bitter. Intense taste, yet low MF and too high carbo.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a white head. Nose is rather intensely citrusy and peachy, yet also with a slightly greasy edge. Light in body but still satisfactory, an almost herbal hoppiness, quite enticing. Finish is dry more than bitter. Very nice for what it is. 190417

Cask at that pub that used to be Berts blah blah. Pours clear amber with a thick white head. Sweet malt and caramel aromas, creamy, then some orange action. Taste is light sweet, faint nutty thatch, golden oranges and trapped sunlight. Slick.
