Draft at RBWG: Poured a orange brown with a off white head. Aroma is very fruit esters. Taste is fruity and yeast.

[1/30/16] Draught at Cooperage Brewing in Santa Rosa. Clear amber. Aroma of malt, caramel, dark fruits, spicy note. Sweet flavor with caramel, lots of dark fruits, a bit of molasses, a spicy note, and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied.

Keg at the brewery tap, 30/01/16. Rich chestnut brown with a decent off white covering. Nose is candied fruit peel, caramel, dates, stewed prunes, toasted brown sugar. Taste comprises sweet malt, nutty, vanilla, dates, figs, fruit loaf, moderate spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, light warming booze in the close. Ok for style.

Tap at the brewpub. Brown-orange color. Spicy, estery nose, caramel, raisins, orange. Rough yeasty flavor, strange and harsh. Doesn’t work.

Draft at the brewery. Amber / copper coloured pour with a small off white head. Aroma is a little banana bread, toffee. Some alcohol and cinnamon on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, toffee, Belgian yeast, banana phenol. Palate is semi sweet. Hot alcohol. Highish carbonation. Some spices in the finish.

Draught at Cooperage. Almost clear deep copper liquid with small to medium light tan head. Aroma of dried fruit, raw sugar, banana, jenka and vanilla. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with notes of banana, raw sugar and dried fruit. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Very estery.

Tap @ Cooperage. A bit hazy deep orange appearance with a white head. Apple, banana, vanilla, caramel, burnt sugar, and pear in the nose. A little gooey. Tons of apple and birthday cake. Molasses. A bit too sweet. Slightly boozy as well.

On tap at cooperage brewing. pours out a dark cola color topped with a small head. nose is lots of pit fruit sweetness plenty of malts and plums. Taste is more of the pit fruit sweetness rich malts and a nice end.

Draft - Sweet raisin and plum. Clear Amber with a decent white head. Light phenols, raisin and candied sugars. Sweet and a bit too fruity, with some bubblegum.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark amber with medium beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong yeast and dark fruit. Medium mouth, sugary malt, raisin, yeast, light booze finish, good.
