It is an all out assault of Citra hops on your DOME. Over pounds per barrel of Citra in the dry hop alone! We used three different lots of Citra T90 pellets from 2019 and 2020 crop years as well as our new 2020 Citra Cryo from @yakimachief resulting in layers and layers of mandarin orange, P0G and tangy Girl Scout Cookies, and we ain't talking Thin Mints if ya know what we mean...

Hazy light amber liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of mango, light grain, pineapple, lychee, bread, caramel and light booze. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of citrus, tangerine, light booze, pineapple and grain. Medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Good for what it is, but the lower ABV stuff is way better at this brewery.

On tap at Cellarmaker. Clouded golden orange coloured pour with a lasting cream froth. Aroma is super juicy, nice pungent citrus, tropical fruit, orange and some onion. Hop soup. Flavour is composed of sticky sweet resinous tropical and dank citrus hop, some onion chivey character. Palate is medium full, sticky resinous hop. moderate carbonation on the tongue. Hides the high abv well. Pretty good. Aggressively bitter, but well balanced over all.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is very hop forward with lots of tropical fruit and citrus notes. Some alcohol notes come through. Medium light malt character with one cracker and a bit of caramel. Hop character has a bit of a fresh, dank note similar to smelling a bag of hops. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where it lingers a bit. Light lacing and medium legs. Flavor has a medium sweetness and a dry finish with some cracker as well as light honey and caramel notes. Strong bitterness with some medium light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop note with lots of citrus and some lighter tropical fruit. Hints of resin and dankness. Mouthfeel is medium full bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice big IPA but it might be too big for my preferences. A bit boozy and sweet with nice hop notes. Double dobis is my preferred.

On tap at the 2016 SF beer week opening gala. It pours a hazy light orange color with a white head. The aroma has massive sweet tropical fruit. Mango and papaya stand out. Sweet, creamy tropical fruit. The flavor is more of the same with big time mango, papaya, guava. Very creamy on the palate and thick bodied. Like a fruit smoothie in nice glassware. The bitterness is pretty subdued for this kind of beer. The maltiness comes across as fresh baked white bread and honey. Very interesting stuff. I hope I get the chance to revisit it later in the week.
