It is an all out assault of Citra hops on your DOME. Over pounds per barrel of Citra in the dry hop alone! We used three different lots of Citra T90 pellets from 2019 and 2020 crop years as well as our new 2020 Citra Cryo from @yakimachief resulting in layers and layers of mandarin orange, P0G and tangy Girl Scout Cookies, and we ain't talking Thin Mints if ya know what we mean...

Tap at Gourmet Haus. Pours clear, light amber with light tan head. Very boozy, with grapefruit and tropical fruit. A bit cloying with slight pine. The ABV is really present here and it goes down hot.

Pint can pours with a near clear copper body that supports a thin white head of foam. The modest aroma offers up resiny pine hops, booze and then some boozy grapefruit and lime. The taste delivers booze nuanced grapefruit flowing into malty resiny pine hops. There's not much more going on here. A deeper look reveals faint sweet breadines and sweet pear fruity esters. Not sure about this one.

Draft at the brewery taproom. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy, white head. Insanely dank hops in the nose, rife with melon, onion and peach. Medium to big sweet flavour with resinous pine, pale bread, alcohol, nectarine and mango. Full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Warming and resinous on the finish, with tons of vibrant hops, tropical fruits. I mean, a ’quad IPA’ is a silly concept, but this stuff is great. So much fun.

Keg at cellarmaker, 28/01/16. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is pine resin, juicy hop strokes, orange pith, caramel malt, grapefruit. Taste comprises sticky tropical fruits, pine needle, dank hop strokes, grapefruit. Medium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi aggressive hop bitterness in the close. Decent enough DIPA but the quest for an ABV high results in a loss of drinkability and a touch too much heat.
