There’s something to be said about a really good lager. There’s also something to be said about a really good hoppy one. And even if a lot of people does, you don’t necessarily need to see the two styles as competitors or as one as an evolution of the other. They can coexist, side by side, for different purposes. We love lagers, and we love hoppy lagers. That’s why we brew both, continuously. And, that is why we brewed this beer.

Where: Brewers Bar, Gothenburg.
Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, floral, hops, bread.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, bread, grass, hops.

Draught at Brewer’s Beer Bar. Clear deep golden liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of grain, bread, floral hops, sweet malt and light yeast. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of bread, light grain and floral hops. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Bit sweet, otherwise nice.

Draught@BBB, Göteborg. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is resin, some bready malts, sweet malts and mild herbal and grassy notes. Flavour is very similar with some slight grainy notes.

Draft @ Brewers Beer Bar, Göteborg. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak grassy finish.

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity, herbal and malty.
Palate: Medium body. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Caramel malty, mild fruity, herbal, and mild citric.
Overall impression: Ok easy drinkable beer.

Draught @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy and fluffy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some spotty trace on the glass. Smell is slightly malty and slightly floral with bread, biscuits, hay, soil, dried flowers, fresh dewy air and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, slightly malty and slightly floral with bread, biscuits, cereal, hay, moist soil and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is crisp, round, slightly dry and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, biscuits, cereal, moist soil, moist grass and lemon peal.
