From a 440ml can on 27/4/2018. Pours a slightly opaque golden with a small head. Has a light lychee and passionfruit nose. For an APA the flavour is indeed hard core. While it starts with sweet citrus (tangerine) and tropical fruit, this is then beaten up well and truly by the hops, which are mainly resin and pine, but with a decent dash of grapefruit and lemongrass too. The bitterness coats the mouth and lingers. Medium bodied with average carbonation. More intense than most IPAs, it won't be for everyone, but I really like it. Would be perfect to down with a good Thai curry.

Lys brun tåkete, kornete med fingerhøyt hvitt skum. Animalsk lukt, lær, kjøtt, sydhavsfrukt og fersken. Middels pluss i fylde. Mye bitterhet. Moden sydhavsfrukt, tung sødme, noe trevirke og vanilje. Middels lang.

Lovely glowing orange golden color with a fine lasting off white head. Good lacing. Looks good and inviting. Nice hoppy and fruity aroma with a fine intensity. Medium (+) body and a fine smooth carbonation level. Moderate sweet and solid bitterness. A bit dry ending, and a fine lasting flavor. Grapefruit hoppy, fruity, pine and toffee in the flavor. Solid stuff.

Tallboy from Bottle Shop at home on New Year's Day. Dark orange-amber pour, slightly slightly hazy. Aroma is excellent - spicy floral hops, some tropical fruit, sweet malty balance. Really nice. Taste is similar but a bit empty, more bready malt. Good bitterness and hop flavor but not as delicious as the smell.
