Tap at Eckert’s. Pastel yellow, cloudy, with a fine, pillowy head. Tropical fruit nose, a bit stinky, wheaty, citrus, orange and grapefruit. Mellow, fruity flavor, lots of grapefruit, biscuits. Creamy and full body with low but prickly carbonation. Another masterpiece.

On tap at Cafe Abseits, Bamberg, 9/8/2015. Slightly hazy, and gold in colour, with a billowy, white, head. Tropical and tangerine fruits, crisp, balancing malts and a lingering, bitter, finish. Very good.

Draught @ Akkurat. Ridiciolously hoppy pale lager neither notes of grapefruit, melon and pineapple. Nice, even tough its overhopped and a bit too carbonated.

Draught at Akkurat. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of bread, tropical fruit, light citrus, tangerine, fresh hops and light grain. Taste is very light sweet and light bitter with notes of tropical fruit, light bread and fresh hops. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Super nice, balanced modern hoppiness and super drinkable. Not overly hoppy, the Gänstaller lager excellence still shines through. Super drinkable but not watery at all. Great fucken beer!

On tap @Buskers Pub (Rome). Pours pale golden, a bit unclear, with a medium and persistent white head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit notes, pine, lime, yeasts, grain. Flavour is balanced, medium sweet (bread, cereals) with a good bitter end. Light body, light carbonation. Nice and modern.

Tap @ courtesy of the man himself. Hazy light yellow with a frothy white head. This is bananas. I have never experienced , yes perhaps in a Hill Farmstead beer, so juicy and bright hop profile. Very clean, soft and mellow. Vague biscuit and juicy melon and papaya. Good bitter finish. Extremely tasty and delicate. Waaa-Hauw!
