Smell is tiny estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, grapefruit, pears, hay, dry soil, pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny sour, tiny estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, wheat flour, grapefruit, unripe pears, tamarind, hay, dry soil, pepper corns and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit, unripe pears, tamarind, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Refreshing…

Draught at All In Beer Fest 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of lemons, grain, pepper and overripe fruit. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of pepper, lemon and grain. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice.

Hazy yellow with white head. Aroma of grass and hay with taste of some fresh citrus, light white pepper and hay. Can’t say that the tamarind and sichuan is showing, but a pretty solid saison nonetheless.
