03.04.2015, tap @ Mikkeller Bar Stockholm:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is strange sour-ish, old ashtray, weeds, sulfur, sour grain, minerals. Taste is strange sour-ish, old ashtray, sour grass, minerals, rubber, soda powder, weeds, paper, sorrel. Medium bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Probably one of the worst beers I’ve ever had, and I imagine this is what it’d feel like to lick an old ashtray...

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. Cloudy pale golden, rich head. Acetic nose with lemon and cobwebs. Acetic with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Cobwebs, blood and hay, lots of citric acid. Aggressive metallic finish. Edgy.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a beige head. The aroma has foul notes of mødding. The flavor is acidic with notes of brettanomyces and gooseberries, leading to a tart finish.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy milky yellow with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick lacing on the glass. Smell is funky and phenolic with crackers, gooseberries, thistles, barnyard, hay, dry soil, manure, rubber and lemon zest. Taste is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, dandelions, thistles, gooseberries, hay, dry soil, barnyard, minerals and lemon zest. mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, gooseberries, thistles, hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of rubber. Very wild! Needs more focus on the berries and less focus on the crazy brett phenols. Currently it’s pretty much just a bad sour…

On tap at Bishops Arms Gustav Adolfs Torg, Malmö. Hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma and taste of gooseberries, funk, some citrus, light wood and hay. The finish was sour and the body light. A descent one.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Woody aroma with unripe bell pepper, citrus and funky barnyard. Same notes in taste. Interesting, but far from my favorite from Brekeriet.

Fat på Bishop Gustav. Smak och doft av citron, vita vinbär, vita druvor, chili, ladugård med toner av vinäger och hö. Diskvattenkänsla, laktossyrlig, lätt kropp, lätt beska.
