330ml Bottle - Golden with a slight haze and a white head. Lemon, coriander and lime zest in the aroma. Grain, lemon, lime, coriander and floral hops can be detected in the taste. Refreshing.

Bottle. Hazy pale hay yellow liquid with huge, fluffy white head. Aroma of white pepper, lemon, perfume, grain, earth and floral hops. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of grain, white pepper and flowers. Light bodied with medium to high carbonation. Pretty decent Saison and very nice for the ABV. Bit husky though.

Bottle bought @ Hemköp Majorna. Pours hazy goldenish yellow with a rather big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky spotty trace on the glass. Smell is ting fruity and phenolic with crackers, pears, lemon zest, hay, white grapes, white pepper corns, minerals and dry soil. Taste is tiny sour, tiny fruity and phenolic with crackers, unfermented wort, cereal, hay, dry soil, pear skins, grape skins and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, watery and light bodied. Finish is very tiny sour, tiny malty and slightly phenolic with crackers, wheat flour, unfermented wort, cereal, pear skins and lemon zest. Needs more fermentation...

Bottled, from ICA Liljeholmen, Stockholm. Cloudy pale straw colour, mid sized head. Perfumy nose with coriander, elderflowers and banana. Dry with light body and crisp mouthfeel. Lightly fruity with near thin grainy malt, plenty of banana and elderflowers. Low-medium bitterness.
