Smell- weak, malt, caramel, sweetness and bit of whiskey. Foam- medium-thick, sweet, whiskey, caramel, alcohol. Head is large, brown, creamy white color, like light coffee milk color, sticks. Appearance- nice bottle cap with 2 anchors, bottle design quite simple though.Quite dark brown, red color, clear, some few carbonation bubbles inside. Taste- sweet, caramel, malt, alcohol, whiskey, aftertaste is sweet, malty, acidic. It is strong, but kind of feels less strong than it is, good stuff.

Bottle. Lovely. Aroma is rich, malty, bit fruity, only touch of whisky. Toffee, light chocolate, creamy sweetness. Tiny hint of whisky, no hint of the strength. Great stuff.

28/07/2019 - 33cl bottle @friend's place. Dark brown, tanned head. Nose is dark malts, nutty, fruits. Taste is dark malts, bit alcohol, fruits, caramel. Nice but would've expected way more complec since the normal Cuvée is already brilliant as such.

14th August 2019 I hope this is whiskey barrelled and not really whiskey infused, because if it is then it should not be on Ratebeer. However, since Ratebeer sold its soul to the devil, who knows! Anyway, it is a semitransparent dark amber brown beer, with a small pale tan head. Sweet malts, Tangy caramel and toffee, a little malt cream. Sweet esters underneath. Fruity whiskey on the back end, a little spice in the dry finish. It’s okay, not the most sophisticated of barrel aged beers, but it’s okay! Assuming it’s barrel aged of course! 3.4
5th September 2020
A 2015 bottle shows a pleasant maturity with touches of plum, caramel and floral fruits. Still has some esters, but now really well integrated. Yeah, much better.

0.33 l bottle at Pivoteka, shared with PH Pit, Wrong Kika and Maniac Robby. Dark ruby red to brown, small off-white head. Caramel, some wood, spices, syrup, dried fruit, dark cherry, yeasty, metallic, no whiskey? Very sweet. Medium body, alcohol in the finish. Toasty and caramel body. Medium body. Light finish.

Draft at Kulminator. It pours hazy chestnut-hued with some greenish streaks. Tan head lasts little. Aroma is not so whisky-biased as I expected; rather you get lots of coffee and chocolate, along with tobacco and black berries. Mouthfeel is silky and deceivingly easy, for it is a strong and boozy ale. Very long-lasting finish, with smoke, cocoa and pipe tobacco.
