Clear yellow color, no head. Tart, bretta nose, some apple notes. Light-bodied. Green apple, "cider", some bretta, not extremely sour, very light.

Pale blond color, hazy. Very nice aroma, subtle, breadish, a bit lemony. Lean mouthfeel, dry, a bit lemony, with very light yeast presence. Low bitterness.
Refreshing, very good.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2013. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is sour with crackers, unripe banana, lemon juice, hay, wheat flour and hints of dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sour with crackers, watered down lemon juice, hay, unflavoured yoghurt, cereal, lemon zest and hints of unripe banana. Mouthfeel is slightly round, dry, tart and light bodied. Draught @ Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy light hay yellow liquid with medium white head. Aroma of bread, lemons, apple, apple skin, fruit, light grain and lacto. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of apples, lemons and grain. Light to medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice, bit low carbonation for the style.

Draught@SBWF2013. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is earthy, mild citrus along with some fruity and floral notes. Also quite wooden sourness to it. Flavour is citrus, nicely lactic along with some wooden and herbal notes. Good attempt, but the palate could be a bit drier.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Golden in colour. Lemon, syrup and tinned peaches in the aroma. Tart taste with peach, grapefruit and syrup detected.

Sample at SBWF 2013. Very pale with a minimal head. Sourish aroma of citrus, some rubber and lactose. Similar taste. Failrly refreshing and interesting. The body was light. How often do you see a Swedish Berliner Weisse?
