Draught. Pale brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is toffee, farmyard, some funk and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is having quite much the same elements as the aroma, but also some coffee to it.

Draft. A red beer with lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and malt, as well as light notes brettanomyces, leading to a dry finish

På fat. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, örter, röda bär som hallon och jordgubb. Jämn och fin. Len och lätt smak med fruktig beska.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 4 Oct 2013) Reddish amber colour with creamy, beige head. Fruity, yeasty nose with red fruit, caramel, strawberries, raspberries and funky yeast. Fruity, yeasty taste with notes of caramel, red fruit, raspberries and a gentle spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and spicy saison with a slightly fruity touch. Nice one.

Draught @ Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Light brown liquid with small to medium off-white head. Aroma of toffee, barnyard, biscuit, caramel, funk, earth and light coffee. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of toffee, barnyard and biscuit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

At SBWF 2013. Hazy dark amber with a small head. Aroma of dried fruit, toffee, hay, yeast and light spices. Similar taste. The finish was dry and fairly bitter.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is roasted malty, caramelish and phenolic yeasty. Smooth caramelish, bitter and toasted caramelish. Bitter and dry malty into a smooth finish.

Draught at Hamnmästaren, Malmö
Dark amber color, hazy, with creamy head. The aroma is lightly fruity, strawberries, Belgian imitation, with dust. The mouthfeel is too dry and astringent, wrong fermentation, with light tannins from red fruits, stale pond water; too strong bitterness as well. The final is rather unpleasant.
Not good.

Draft @ Hamnmästaren, Malmö. Pours a deep amber reddish color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy dry yeasty caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty weak earthy caramel finish.
