750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden with a large white head. Nose brings out a great mix of floral notes (think fresh meadows) and brett funk. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of brett funk, floral notes, and citrusy wheaty notes on the finish. Very well-integrated and very funky. Much more floral than the other versions of St Bretta. Excellent.

Poured from a 2105 bottle. Aroma is fairly bready and yeasty. Medium citrus notes of mandarin and orange. Medium low phenolics similar to grains of paradise. Some light tropical fruit notes and a faint hint of a barnyard funk. Pours a rather hazy, pale, golden straw with a medium large, moderately thick, pillowy, white head that slowly recedes. Medium lacing and small legs. Flavor is lightly acidic with some medium wheat notes and light bread character. Medium light mandarin and orange notes with a bit of a pith note. Faint zest with medium light phenolic notes. Medium bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Finishes a bit watery and bland. Overall, an alright beer but I remember other seasons being better than this one. This one just falls a bit off in the finish while it is nice upfront. A bit too yeasty as well.

Bottle @ home, picked up for $7 at Wilburs. Pours a cloudy, light, yellow orange appearance with a white head. The aroma is orange juice, citrus, pineapple with some spicy/dank hops in the background. Medium body. Low sweetness. Moderate light bitterness. More hoppy than the others in the series. Tropical fruit like pineapple and passion fruit and tons of citrus. Light pine and a hint of weed. A little thicker than the others in the series. Kind of like a smoothie. Dank finish. The carbonation could be a bit higher. All the St. Bretta releases have been fun and are close to being really good. This is an interesting take. I may actually age a couple of these and see how the Brett develops. The last St. Bretta I had with six months of age on it was awesome. Nice release.
