Aroma: a lot of spice like in gruit.
Taste: along the same lines, quite bubbly, very bitter.
Overall: ok.

Dullish pale, decent effervescence. Thin head. The aroma has mint, other herbals, and a lot of saisony yeasty notes. On the palate, it's light, mellow saison notes, some liquorice, some herbaceous accents. Off-dry yeasty finish. Solid.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dull blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is full of mint, green herbs, rustic saison yeast, and green tea. Flavour is bright, with rustic saison yeast, light minty notes, green tea, and a herbal character. Bright, rustic, and wonderfully yeasty. Carbonated highly and appropriately. Excellent – haven’t had a Fantome this good in a while.

Poured from 750mL bottle (lot c 8 a 17 bb end of 2021). Hazy straw yellow with small white head. Lemony, saison yeast, pepper, dry, some feint minty cilantro dandelion like notes in the background. Interestingly nice.

750mL bottle. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Spicy Belgian yeast on the nose, a touch wild. Flavour has a fantastic Belgian yeast expression, spicy and earthy with a good rustic base; there's an herbal component that works very well. This is a great Belgian saison.

Bottle at Café Derat, Utrecht. Grassy and very herbal aroma with green tea, herbal leaf, mint, peppery saison yeast, and nettles. Flavour is above moderate sweet with a little bitterness. Body is medium. Interesting concoction, quite herbal!

Аромат очень экзотичный и претенциозный, ощущаются какие то травки и добавки как в сиропе от кашля, честно такой аромат встречаю впервые, как будто даже напоминает курительную траву. Цвет чего уж там, тоже сногсшибательный, ярко-зеленое пиво с белой пенкой. Вкус начинается со вкуса тех же травок что и в аромате. Сразу за ними начинается весьма пронзительная хмелевая и горькая составляющая. При глотке она только усиливается. Послевкусие травяное из за этого горчинка продолжительная. Неменого ноток сена и солода. В целом уникальный экземпляр.

Tap at Foten. Greenish with low foam. Very dry, green flavor and aroma, herbal, quite bitter. Chalky and very herbal finish. Interesting.

Drucken på fat på Bishop Gustaf, Malmö. Aningen disig gyllengrön vätska med lågt skum. Lätt och mycket torr. Örter och mineraler dominerar smakbilden. Basilika, oregano, nässlor, lime, kalk, gräs. Rejäl beska. Riktigt annorlunda. Kul och god

Fat @ Pressklubben. Weed, basilika citron, väldigt bitter. Men av alla galna upptåg funkar det här bra.
