From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam, during Carnivale Brettanomyces 2017. Aroma is fruity with Bretty barnyard funk, wood, hay, grain, citrus, notes of stone fruits including apricot. Flavour is nicely puckering sour with a dry finish. Body is medium. Lovely Lambic.

Plastic cask. Hazy deep honeyish deep golden colour with a minor head. Aroma is tart farmyard, some funk, fruit, mild citrus and some mild acidity to it. Flavour is tart wood, some lemon, mild floral tones with some funk and mild spicy tones. Refreshing.

Draft at Tilquin open beer days. Color: clear golden, thin frothy white head. Aroma: Wood, lightly tart, funky. Taste: Flat, no carbonation, fruity sweet and sour berries, grape and lemon notes, moderate tart, light to mod sweet and bitterness, wood notes. Dry, quite bittery mouthfeel at finish. Subtle funk. Nice friday morning beer during my first visit of Tilquin.

Tap at Moeder Lambic. Very nice. On cask is so soft, decent sourness, nice bite to it. Nice fruitiness, gooseberry, citrus, bit earthy, wood, extra ABV gives a little more heft. Too easy drinking! Lovely stuff.
