In leuchtendem bernsteinfarben, mit starker Trübung und mit schneeweißem Schaum zeigt sich das Weiherer Summer Ale im Glas. In der Nase ganz sanfte Aromen von harziger Pinie und leichtem Karamell, im Geschmack erfrischend schlank, fruchtig-hopfig und mit feiner Bittere.
Gebraut mit 6 Hopfensorten sowie klassischem, Karamell- und Pale Ale Malz.

Tasting this beverage yesterday, at night, after a beautiful birthday of Valérie, at Crissier. One of my first German ale, brewed on the American way and I was not disappointed, fair ale or ipa, malty, a bit herbal with a resinous touch, bitter, 05.02.24

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, pepe bianco e spezie.

Smooth mild beginning. Grain with floral grainy hops. Moderate bitter, slightly grainy, fruity with lots of earthy herbal hops. Bitter dry, moderate bitter, fruity. Nice earthy.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. Cloudy dark golden, more than one finger white foamy head. Looks really good. Fresh floral hoppy smell with pale grain and straw. Taste starts also frloral hoppy, increasing pale grain and straw, some citrus in the background. Long lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice one.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts fine fruity-hoppy, notes of lemon, some pine, mild bitterness. Also some spicy hints. Finish well balanced, fresh-spicy-hoppy. Nice!
