A collaboration with Brewed By Number from Londen (UK) in spring of 2016. Crates and crates full of rhubarb were cut in pieces by the brewers from BBNo. And after a while lemon zest came through the pores of our own brewers. :) It was all worthwhile! Tones of citrus and rhubarb.

Tap @ De Molen. Blonde. Malty, doughy, slightly herbal aroma. Malyu sweetith flavor, yet with noticeable grassy and citric hops. Hint of citrus. Bready. Nice.

33cl bottle. Bottled on:21.06.16. BBD: 21.06.18
Cloudy golden color, white head with loooong retention. Aroma has notes of pale malts and tangerine notes. Flavor is light bittery. Due to the high carbonation it is impossible to know some other characteristic. High carbonation on palate, once more again. Bad, really bad.

33 cl bottle @ home. Seems overcarbonated, because two tulips were not enough to contain all the foam. Yellow color, slightly hazy. Huge white head with pretty good lacing. Aroma’s: fruity hops and some grain/malt. Retronasal it’s a bit perfumey, light fruity sour. Flavor is light bitter, fruity. Light bodied. At least it’s not gushing in the mouth. Moderate (earthy) bitter finish.

Bottle shared at level 42 thanks to Matteo. It pours cloudy blonde with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, slightly tart, bright, juicy lemon, sugary sweetness and toasty grains. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, bready malts, foamy, sugary, lemon rind, floral, hay, pretty savoury in character and some spice on the back end with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate - high foamy carbonation. Interesting, but I not sure how well it works.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Matteo, 23/01/17. Hazed orange with a decent off white covering. Nose is citric tinged straw, light herbal notes, spice, orange peel, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises light soap, trace of white peppery spice, lemon rind, orange peel, toasted grains. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with earthy hop bitterness. Average number … over carbed.
