Sourtime with Polish Gooseberry is a very light, refreshing beer, acidified with lactobacillus bacteria. The acidic taste of gooseberry bites, and the character adds Citra hops.
Sourtime z dodatkiem polskiego agrestu to bardzo lekkie, orzeźwiające piwo, zakwaszone bakteriami lactobacillus. Kwaśny smak podkręca agrest, a charakteru dodaje chmiel Citra.
Piwo pasteryzowane, niefiltrowane.
Pale beer pasteurized, unfiltered
Składniki: woda, słody jęczmienne, purée z agrestu (10%), chmiel, drożdże, bakterie, lactobacillus.
Ingredients: water, barley malts, gooseberry purée (10%), hops, yeast, lactobacillus.

Bottled (from KCM Rovaniemi). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is tart gooseberries, some slight spiciness. Flavour is mainly a very big sweetish sour kick, but leaves no aftertaste. Watery palate.

W aromacie cytryna, kwasowość, jogurt. Agrest podświadomie chyba też. W smaku kwasek cytrynowy, cos ala zakiszony agrest. Ultra kwasne. Jedno z najkwasniejszych piw jakie pilem. Wysycenie srednie. Nie jest źle.

Sample from tap @ Salón piva in Bratislava (3rd day). F: thin, off-white, quick gone. C: milky gold, hazy. A: nice sour fruity, gooseberries, sour red berries, bit funky. T: sour fruity, gooseberries, unripe fruits, green apples, floral, bit puckering, very refreshing and tasty, full enjoyed.
