Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso propende per luppolo e sottobosco. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto.. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano caratteristiche di caramello, miele, cereali, frutta secca, peperoncino e alcol presente.

F: big, white, long lasting. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, vinous, fruity, bit spicy, orange, prominent alcohol. T: malty, fruity, spicy, dry grassy, bit herbal alcohol, peach, floral, not very good drinkable, medium body, higher carbonation, what the hell is this imperial saison or they just wanted to push the limits? Ok as experiment, 33cl bottle from Brasserie 28 by Caulier in Brussels.

on tap chiara oro velata buona schiuma leggero citrico note caramellate corto pittosto amara ma etilico riscaldante poco fragrante

Tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Pale and hazy golden pour, creamy and tick foam. Nose: yeast, a bit pastry, mild grassy and spicy hints. Mouth: evident alcohol, quite dry and pretty bitter.
