Fat på MBCC 2018, grönt pass. Mörkare rödbrun med beige krona. Doft och smak av burgundy, kolaremmar, rödvinsvinäger, mörka körsbär och körsbärskärnor. Frisk och pigg syra, snäll ekon och överlag bra fatkaraktär. Gott!

Aroma is tart fruity notes of currants, berries and grapes, as well as musty fruit peel, and tannins, wooden barrels and light vinegar. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart, lactic acid, with fruity notes of raspberries, berries and musty fruit peel.

Keg at CP&K, listed as Sang Royal 2015, 08/03/18. Deep Ribena berry red with a decent scum pink covering that dissipates edgeward in time. Nose is bitter red berries, oak, red grape skins, funk, fruit balsams, vinegar nostril tickle, sharp blackcurrant. Taste comprises soured red grapes, sharp berries, blackberry balsams, oak tones, red wine barrel, grape must, cherry skins. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, drying close with an acidic ripple climaxing with a brisk throat scrape. A big and ballsy sour but a good sipper.

On tap at Muted Horn Berlin. Comes with a hazy, dark reddish brown color and a small off-white head. Very Sour nose. Lots of cherries and dark Red berries, old balsamico vinnegar, slightly wooden/oaky. Taste is as Sour as the nose. Once again lots of cherries and dark red berries. nice wineous Notes. long Sour finush with interesting flavs of the wine Barrel. Good One!
