Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - deep amber to brown. Nice fluffy bit tight bubble head. Nose - highland toffee and a touch of strawberry. Something a bit woody. Taste - more toffee and sweet strawberry. General strawberry syrup. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy sweet middle section. The finish is dry, earthy. Overall - I don’t think this is more like an English strong ale than an Imperial IPA. Enjoyable.

Bit unclear, amber colored, medium off white to beige frothy head, nice lacing and long lasting. Aroma is of malt, caramel, biscuit, fruity, some citrus hops, some alcohol. Taste is medium+ sweet malt and caramel, some biscuit, bit bready, fruity, floral some parfumey moderate+ hops, medium+ bitterness, some boozy alcohol with warmth, dryish finish. Medium+ bodied, soft carbonation, oily. If only the booziness was concealed better! (can)
