Blue Dot is named after our planet: we are only a pale blue dot in this universe. Made with Organic Pilsner malt, Rye malt and a combination of intense hop varieties. Pour slowly to allow the sediments to remain in the bottle. Make every day Earth Day. Be something nice for your mother.

66cl Bottle, brought from the US, thanks H&T! Slightly hazy golden orange colour, very thin white head. Aroma of sweet light bready malts, caramel, pine, citrus. Flavour is light-medium sweet at first, malty, caramel, becomes quite bitter in the middle, pine, lime, light floral, nice bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Draft from tasting room in Portland. Probably my favorite of the ones I tried - especially lovely color deep auburn. Very easy to drink

Bottle. Hazy light orange liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of tangerine, tropical fruit, sweet cereal, marmalade, pine and grapefruit. Nice and fruity. Taste is light sweet and medium bitter with notes of tangerine and tropical fruit. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Fruity and not too malt forward.

Draught @ the brewpub
Aroma is sweet with pineapples, Flavour is hoppy and sweetish with pineapple juice, grapefruit and some resin. Sweetness gets stronger towards the finish. A bit unusual DIPA, too sweet for me.

Slightly hazy, orange golden colour, firm white head. Aroma very hoppy, loads of American hops, grapefruit, apricot, passion fruit and pine. Yeasty notes coming forward. Flavour is hoppy bitter, rather sweet, feeling very young. Sweet apricot, quite malty, very fruity and floral. Finish is hoppy, fruity with loads of spicy yeast tones. Young, lovely and bold.

Draught No head, totally veiled dull-amber beer. Very fruity, grapey hops, white muscat grapes; much fruitier than most IIPA’s. Bitter with an immediate hot-alcohol flavour, seriously hampering the fruitiness to explode. Spicy touch, like bitter peppery dry spice. Bit of bitter almonds as well. Well-bodied for a 7% beer, slick and yet refreshing. Very good, out-of-the-norm IIPA.
