19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke & Rubin77! Hazy pale yellow, lasting, very thin, white head. Aroma of - indeed - mozarella, sour milk, yeast, sourdough, basil, pepper, salted tomato, vegetable, weird whiff of Ice Tea Peach. Taste is light fruity sweet, subtle peach & apricot, going more towards a sourness of unripe yellow fruits, cheese & sourdough, a bit lactic & lemony, complemented by bitter notes of herbs, grass & pepper. Dryish, floral hoppy finish, a bit tart, more yellow fruits, spices & lactic accents. Medium body, slick-oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Original concept and it even works quite well. Not one to drink by the gallon but nice to try.

Sample draught @ SWAFFF! 2019 Brussels Craft Beer Festival (2nd day) shared with nathanvc and Anke, many thanks. F: thin, white, quick gone. C: straw, hazy. A: herbal, orange, spicy, bit sour fruity, cheesy, mint, basil, sour milk touch. T: sour fruity, mint, herbal, sour milk tones, basil, light to medium body, lower carbonation, crazy combo but I like it.
