19 May 2019. At SWAFFF!, Brussels. Cheers Anke & Rubin77! Cloudy pale yellow, thin, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of young pear, apple & pear compote, unripe apricot & plum, grass, straw, rhubarb. Taste is light fruity sweet, mix of apple, 'pear & plum compote', accents of 'soggy' white bread, sourish undercurrent of wheat & lemon, some bitter notes of grass & earthy rhubarb leading to a dryish, tart, faintly earthy hoppy finish, lingering rhubarb & plum compote. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Bit of a weird mix, indeed, but the rhubarb is there, although I didn't really enjoy it.

Sample draught @ SWAFFF! 2019 Brussels Craft Beer Festival (2nd day) shared with nathanvc and Anke, many thanks. F: medium, white, average retention. C: straw, milky hazy. A: tangerine, bit sour fruity, rhubarb probably, bit herbal, lactic touch. T: light malty base, rhubarb, bit lactic, orange, bit herbal again, tangerine, orange, light to medium body, medium carbonation, bit weird connection yet not disaster.
