Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is apples, some apple skins, mild tartness as well as some slight spiciness. Flavour is quite straight forward green apples with some dry wooden tones and a wee bit of sweet sugary tones (probably fructose).

Taster at the brewery. Pours bright gold with moderate white foam, fine. Aroma is delicate apple, with some oxidation. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is fairly sweet. Finish is average.
