opalescent golden colour, medium sized off-white head, which disappears quite quickly; aroma and taste of unripe grape, woody, balsamic acidy, some citric and moderate acetone notes; good one!

2022 edition ( Cabarnet Sauvignon) Pours unclear amber. No head, no sign of carbonation. Scent is gentle, red grape aroma, juicy but much not tannic impressions. Taste is tart, taking in quite beautiful the elegance of wine. Buttery though, rubbery almost. Not much tannins. Very low carbonation. Medium thin body. Not bad at all , not my favorite style , but a very well executed beer wine hybrid

17/VI/22 - 75cl bottle @ Klaas’ place, BB: XII/2021 (2022-707) Thanks for sharing!
A little cloudy blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very floral, a bit soapy, fruity, yellow summer fruit, strawberry jam, a bit oxidized. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit soapy first, fruity touch, nice bitterness, a little earthy. Aftertaste: slightly sweet, oxidized touch, a bit fruity with a gentle bitterness, floral, soapy as well, sweet finish with more oxidative notes.

Clear golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are very subtle, not at all intense. Background floral notes. Hints of apricot. A little woody dryness in the finish.

1 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke, Kevin, Niels & Cynthia! Hazy pale yellow, lasting, thick, frothy, white head. Aroma of flowery white wine, unripe apricot, peach, yellow apple, honey, soap, herbs. Taste has sweetish aprico, pear & ripe white grapes, sourish citrus effect pairing well with woody & fruity tannins. Dryish, tart finish, very softly hopped, more grapes, flowery peach & warming effect of woody & sweetish white wine. Medium body, oily texture, soft to flat carbonation. I'm not the biggest fan of white wine, let alone in beer, but this is delicately made!
