F: medium, white, not long lasting. C: gold, clear. A: malty, bready, caramel, toast. T: malty backbone, caramel, nice toast, biscuits, dry on the palate, rich taste, medium body and carbonation, bit simple yet good balanced and enjoyable for me, sample @ 5de Winters Bier Festival in Waregem.

19 May 2018. At De Heeren van Liedekercke. Shared with Anke.
Pours hazy golden with a lasting, foamy, white head; little lacing. Fresh aroma of honey, wheat, grain, citrus, bready malt, yeast, apple & pineapple. It tastes light to medium grainy bitter and light fruity sweet, hints of pineapple, honey & yeast. Dry, grainy finish, nowhere wry, bit hoppy with lingering wheat & bread. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. A beer I like to call an 'ennobled Pale Lager', comparable to Vicaris Quinto: blond, low ABV, quenching, with an artisan feel to it.
