The “Chameau” is brewed with a subtle marriage of three different malts, which gives it a great complexity in the mouth and a caramel color. Its fruity aromas come from characteristic yeasts that make this beer as unique as it is incomparable. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a spicy dish.

Many thanks to Beerhunter111 for sharing. Creamy malty beginning. Caramel, moderate bitter hops, round and smooth with a nice moderate bitter caramelly ending. Nice.

33cl bottle from a trade with anstei, thanks! A slighy hazy dark golden beer with a mid-szied most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of belgian yeast, mild rotten fruits, herbs and spices. Taste of spicy malt, herbs, belgian yeast, strong fruits, herbal bitter finish.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 28/06/2017.

Bouteille: Golden to orangey coloured, cloudy with a certain amount of floaties, quickly collapsing loose off-white head; fruity-caramelly nose with a distinctive yeasty touch, a slight tartness and a tinge of alcohol are detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, combined with a little tartness, medium to full bodied, not soft; tart alcohol in the sweet-bitter finish. Presumably not good...

Gushing to huge, very dense orangeish head over hazy orange beer, wildly carbonated. Bit vinous nose, but also pickles, acetic, and herbs. Again touch of acetic/pickles, wood, herbs & spices. Some fruity notes as well. Tastes infected. Hint at chalk. Light body, edge of overcarbonation. Jumble of flavours of uncertain origin. This brewery has still some work to do, IMHO.

Bottle as a gift. Pours hazy pear brown with a solid head. Typical sweet malty nose and aroma, not bad, but also quite an ordinary beer.
