The “Chameau” is brewed with a subtle marriage of three different malts, which gives it a great complexity in the mouth and a caramel color. Its fruity aromas come from characteristic yeasts that make this beer as unique as it is incomparable. To be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany a spicy dish.

A beer that I appreciate, a typical Belgiam amber, good aroma of malt, plum, fruity, bready and light, from la Bréguettaz restaurant, 26.06.19

Bottiglia.

0.33l cute bottle courtesy of HP! Hazy amber body, on the palest edges of the style, off-white head. Typical very grainy Swiss malt aroma, more than Belgian, though a bit spicy. Lean, dry grainy taste, mildly spicy, not really Belgian. Just... ordinary.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear golden - hardly amber at all - with an off-white head. Roasty nose. Medium body, sweet caramelly maltiness and touches of Belgian yeast. Some finishing bitterness. A weird beer, part Brown Ale, part Belgian Dark Ale. 191023
