This refreshing pale has been conditioned for months in French oak barrels and dosed with funky brettanomyces yeast. The farmhouse characters from the yeast balance out the light bready malt and subtle hop aromas.

375ml bottle from the brewery, number 765. Poured a hazy golden straw colour with a big lasting fizzy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, tropical citrus and bretty yeast. The flavour is moderate to light bitter and sour, with a fresh, crisp, dry yeast, herbal, mineral, light citrus fruit, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Nicely balanced. Somewhat sessionable.
