(On tap) Clear golden with big white head. Pleasant aroma. Light body with good bright carbonation. Good bitterness; in fact quite surprisingly bitter. Some pleasant notes of biscuit malt to balance. Very drinkable.

well balanced dortmunder. Lots of toastiness. This is way too malty to be a pilsner and the color was dark golden. Nice enjoyable summer beer.

Draught at Bay Brewing Yokohama. Cloudy deep gold with a fine, low, head. Rich, malty nose with biscuits, grains, light hops, but they’re there. Nice maltiness. Rich and sweet malt, quite fruity, grainy, but light. A lot more fruity than usual, but still very nice.

Hazy dark straw colour. Slightly sweaty aroma with noble hop spiciness. Sweetish palate - sponge bread - with a little crispness in the finish. The sweaty house character and warm maltiness makes this closer to a CIS or Chinese helles than a pilsener.
