Tap at True Brew as English Bitter. Amber/golden brown colour with big beige head. Very opaque. Aroma is caramel malt, bit cereal, bit biscuit and bit hoppy. Taste is very crisp, bit fruity, astringent, bit of hops, and a biscuity malt aftertaste. Loses its fizz towards the end of the glass but still nice. Finish is bitter, fading to maltiness.

Cask at Eni-bru as English Bitter, but the Brewer calls it American Pale Ale. they’re all the same, basically. Pale amber with no bubbles at all. Big hop nose with mint, pine, and some citrus. Light, clean flavor and body, very hoppy, with tingly, peppery, menthol finish. Nice and very drinkable.
