Tap at Bashamichi as Triple-dry European IPA. Slightly cloudy middle gold color. Fluffy, high head. Nice citrus-pineapple, very fruity and tropical aroma. Good bready malt flavor, but hops, honey, citrus, biscuits. Wonderful dry citrus flavor. Great stuff.

very citrusy, but solid malty backbone. Lots of tangerines, dry hopping. Hops are over the top. Very enjoyable for hop heads. Now called European IPA. Tasted at Bashamichi Taproom opening party. The beer has improved with age. Original rating of 3.9. New rating reflects combination of ratings amber golden color, tons of citrus, pine, lemons in the nose. Unbelievably dry mouth, one of the driest mouths I’ve had. Tons of hops with some crystal malts. The driest iPa in the world. With moderate hoppy finish. Just bizarre how dry and bitter this is. No idea why it European at 8% but this beer is awesome.
