On tap at MBGSF 2010. Helles bock aged in a souring cask. Really interesting. Wonderful caramel, cereal aroma. Understated and nice. Medium amber color with very little head. Very sour, with a touch of caramel and butterscotch. Just a bit though, really well balanced, really works well. Interesting and fun, original. I like it a lot.

Sampled at the MiBGSF ’10. Poured a near clear amber with an off-white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma was sour with fruits, particularly lemon, with a biscuit and slight hop undertone. Even the aroma seemed a bit dry. Flavor began with some sweetness and then grew in sourness and dried out with a bit of hops in the finish.

On tap at MBGSF 2010. Pours a hazy red amber. Aroma is just plain sour. Flavor is a vinegar sourness with red and green apple flavors. The acidity is quite sharp. Throughly enjoyable.
