Bottle, a dirty brownish orange in color with minimal head. The aroma is a tangy bread sourdough with mild spice notes. Not so Weizen like but I served it in a beer mug rather than a proper Weizen glass. Medium bodied and semi-slick. The taste starts off kind of roughly malty, then gives a bit of spice though the Weizen flavor is mostly present in the aftertaste. Not to style but not glaringly off either. Passable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from the brewery. Fruity aroma with grapes, creamy malt, soap, apples, light wheat. More like an American wheat ale than a weizen. Deep gold color with no head. Crisp malt, fruity, with apples and some funky dust. Strange and not at all like a weizen. Vaguely belgian yeast-wise, though not necessarily in a good way. Probably infected. Lemonade-like and not good.
