Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Aroma is somewhat mild with earthy notes and citrus. Also grapefruit. Flavour is tart with earthy notes, citrus, some orange and mild milky notes. Also funky yeast and fruits typical to saisons. Bretta is clearly present.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is estery and toasted malty. Light herbal. Mild citric. Smooth fruity. Crisp and light lingering fruity finish.
