[4/29/15] Draught at Mikkeller Bar in Copenhagen. Hazy yellow. Aroma of fruits, spicy phenols, earth, and mild funk. Rather dry flavor with light sweetness, a tart touch, fresh fruits, a bit of funk, mild spiciness, and a bitterish hint. Medium-bodied.

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Mikkeller Vik. Keg. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is minerally crisp and light. Mild Saison yeast. Floralness. Light and ripe fruits and dried fruits. Light crisp finish. Clean.

Tap@Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen - fuzzy golden pour with white head. Aroma and taste is orchard fruits and floral hoppy, some straw, lemon, funky and yeasty, hay, dry finish.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours very hazy yellow with a small goldenish white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is subtle, fruity, slightly funky, estery and slightly phenolic with crackers, freshly baked white bread, ripe pears, peaches, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of sour cream. Taste is sour, fruity and slightly estery with crackers, fresh white bread, lemon juice, red pears, ripe tropical fruits, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, lemon zest and hints of yoghurt. Mouthfeel is boyant, slightly dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, white bread, lemon juice, tropical fruits, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Nice lightly tart and lightly funky saison.

Pours yellowish with a small head. Aroma of tartish fruits, wheaty notes, yeast and lemon. Taste is smooth, tartish and yeasty with notes of lemon, wheat and earthiness. Finish is yeasty, earthy and tartish with some wheaty notes. A bit unbalanced.
