Auch bei diesem Bier verlasse ich mich auf meine Erinnerungen 2012, da es dies an meinem erneuten Winterbesuch nicht gab. Es hatte nette Aromen, war aber ewas schwachbrüstig. Vielleicht ist es heutzutage aber besser.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a thick and creamy white head. Aroma is bubblegum and banana fruity. Estery, wheaty and banana fruity. Yeasty and slight phenolic too. Dry wheaty and estery finish.

Draught at the brewpub. The best of the three I had. Darkish color, about halfway between a regular weizen and a dunkel. In that, and in the slightly sour taste, a bit similar to Schneider. Full body, with a bit of sweetness to go with the sour. Rich and tasty, with lots of yeast taste. Full aroma as well. A very good, slightly different from the usual weizen.

Muddy deep blond color. Moderately spicy Weizen. Pleasant.

Draught at the brewpub.
Hazy orange coloured, atypical small white head, orange and discreet clove nose. Fruity and light yoghurty taste. Also strong banana and orange flavour with notes of canned corn. Slight acidic finish. Ok weizen.

Draught at the brewpub. Some banana in the aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Small stable white head. Banana flavour, medium bitterness. All the usual.

Prickelnd hefiger Antrunk, spritzig. Weiter prickelnd erfrischend, die Aromen lassen rechnt schnell nach, nur noch leicht hefig herb. Etwas malzig im Hintergrund, der hefig-herbe Ton ist vorherrschend. Geht schon irgendwie. Test vom 13.8.2008, Gebinde: Fass Noten: 14,9,9,6,-,8 - 8,63

Draught@brewpub, Vienna
Dark orange-amber color, big creamy head. Banana aroma. Sour flavor - citrus and sour milk. Long acidic aftertaste. Infected? I’m not sure about it, maybe they just wanted to brew very acidy (=refreshing?) weizen...

Sampled draught at the brewpub.
Cloudy orange. Banana aroma. Papery maltyness, soft mouthfeel. Mild, restrained and lightly fruity.
